De Montfort 26th May John Hill

There we 10 members in attendance and the meeting started around 13:10 as we had to wait for the nine younger members to walk to the meeting room. No teacher was in attendance but the meeting was well handled albeit a bit noisy and at times disjointed due mainly to the enthusiasm of those attending.

Major discussion was the next fundraiser, on 8th June, which consists of students making cakes which will then be judged. Additionally the club will look to sell cakes they have made. Due to exams publicity was running behind but it was agreed to have a concerted effort next week.

Meeting finished at 13:30 for return to class.
