Tree of Light 2024 Fund - Donation Request Form

Each year, Tree of Light donations help a significant number of charities and community groups to extend their work and further their aims. We are always keen to support those that have a strong connection to their local communities or for which a donation would make a significant difference. We seek to support one-off initiatives or projects rather than running costs. Requests should come only from those who:

1. Have a bank account in the organisation's name. 2. Have a governing document outlining the organisation's purpose and/or objectives. 3. Be based and run locally. 4. Have a committee or support group.

Please also note that The Tree of Light Fund will not make donations to/for the following:

1. Private businesses. 2. National organisations (unless you are a local group with your own managing committee and any funds donated go clearly and specifically to the local community). 3. Building work. 4. Staff parties, prize money or the purchase of gifts. 5. Work of a political nature. 6. Work for the advancement of religion where the main focus is proselytising. 7. Organisation that give funds to other organisations. 8. Staff costs or overheads.
